As you know, there are many multimedia formats, and not all of them are compatible with the various reading devices, software applications on the computer or multimedia equipment. Back to the Top 4- Why do I have to enter so much data on my Register? To begin, your full identification for billing purposes of your purchases, which includes name, address, Fiscal ID, Postal Code, Town and Country All these data are also crucial for the issuance of Certificates of Legality. The phone is important for us to keep in touch in case of need. Email is the basis of your registration. It is used in the Login, associated with the password. The email will also be the usual form of contact. It will be via email that you receive confirmations of your orders, invoices, etc.. Back to the Top 8- By making a download, I get the ownership of the content? No. The ownership of the karaoke content is and always will be of the Karaoke Producer, safeguarding the rights of their respective authors. Your paid download gives you the possibility to use the song for your personal use. It is thus a license without the right to property. For more information see Terms of Use. Back to the Top 9- Can I use this content in my Karaoke Jockey activity? You can use them as long as the places where the Karaoke Jockey activity has the official licenses for a karaoke show. You have to check in your country what licenses you will need. You can use always the Certificate of Legality to prove that you pay for the content you are using. Back to the Top 10- I lost a karaoke song that I bought. What can I do? After you select the songs that you want to buy, make Checkout and pay, these songs are available on My Area for download in several formats, which are the available one's for that song. You can make the downloads in the formats you choose till the limit of the downloads available. The site offers you a limited number of downloads (for security purposes), for the case of any communication error at the time of download. if you can not download the song, please contact us by email webmaster@karaoketosing.com and put your problem to be solved by us. If you have downloaded a song and then you missed it on your computer (we recommend that you make backups of the songs you bought), send us an email to webmaster@karaoketosing.com, and we will reprogram for additional downloads, at no cost. This means you will not have to pay again a song that has been purchased. Back to the Top 11- I can not login. What should I do? First check that the e-mail account and password you are entering are correct. If you have doubts if the password is correct, ask for the password by email by clicking on Forgot Password. If you receive the password in your email, use this email account and password to enter. If you do not receive any email in 24 hours with the password, maybe the email account you entered in the register is not correct or is no longer active. Back to the Top 13- The song which licenses I bought does not work on my PC or my media player. What can I do? To avoid this, you should read carefully what we say about the Karaoke Content Formats where you have the possibility to download demo files of each of the formats available on the site. Once confirmed the compatibility with one or more formats, the choice is yours. But if you make a mistake in the format, there is nothing we can do ... Back to the Top 14- None of the formats available suit me. What can I do? Probably you downloaded the demo files of the available formats, tested and they didn't work with your equipment or software. Our advice is to look for in a Video Converter software in Internet, which will enable you to convert some of the formats available on this site for the format that suits you. There are dozens and dozens of video converters in the web, many of them in Freeware, and can perform the conversion function you need. Use Google and put the words Video Converter Freeware. Download the programs and test. When you have the right tool, you can buy here the format that you can use for conversion. Back to the Top 15- What does Content Type mean? The karaoke clips are composed by a graphics / image with the lyrics and a background music. If one type of track contains the word PLAYBACK, means that the audio has no guide vocals, but could have have back vocals. These are the suitable tracks to sing in karaoke. If we find the word VOX in a Content Type, means that is a sung version , ie, with guide vocals, and that only serves to learn the song and not to sing. If there is a Content Type with the word VIDEO, means that the background image is a video, static or in motion, not a color screen usually blue or black, as used in the CDG discs. If there is a Content Type with the word ORIGINAL, means that the audio is the original artist and not a cover. You can have a guide vocal or not, depending if is VOX or PLAYBACK. In the case of the MULTIPLEX, there is a Guide Vocal in one channel ( L or R) and can be removed by some karaoke machines. Download speeds depend on many factors, among them, and mainly, the Internet connection you have. Depends on the country where you are. And also obviously depends on the servers where the contents are stored and its links to the Global Network. However, in several tests we did with downloads from several countries in different continents of a 10MB file, we found download times between 4 seconds and 27 seconds. This information should be considered only as an indicator, not a commitment for us as it is something we can not control completely. Back to the Top 17 - Can I pay with bank account transfer? In addition to the payment by credit card, it is possible to pay by bank transfer any purchase on the site, credits or content licenses. This payment option will only be visible to customers on whose registry has placed PORTUGAL as their country, to avoid additional costs due to transfers between international bank accounts and Portuguese banks.
