TERMS OF USE Acceptance of Terms of Use The service of selling karaoke content licenses on this site is subject to the conditions contained herein and other information contained on this site. The JGC / KARAOKETOSING is free to amend the Terms of Use of this site, keeping the most current version on this page, which can be accessed from any page on the link "Terms of Use" below. The fact that a site visitor register in the site and buy karaoke content in this site means that has read and agreed with these "Terms of Use". Data veracity All users of this site, assume without reservation that all the data you provide on registration are true and correspond to their complete and total identification. Access data safety Since in this site you can buy credits for future use, each user is responsible for the use of their individual data access, login and password, and in no case should provide this data to other people, that would have access to your account and the possible use of credits that belong to you. The access to this site is done with the email address which is also used for communication with the karaoketosing user. If the email address you choose becomes unusable as a mean of communication, you must Login karaoketosing.com with this email address and the password you set when you registered, and change, in My Account, the email field to your new email address. Thereafter, this new email will be your User to LOGIN. Payments All figures presented in this site are in Euros (€), and payments are made in this currency via credit card. For the registered customers with fiscal location in the UE(European Union), the license prices include the VAT at the legal tax. For all the other customers with fiscal location out of the UE, the license prices do not include the VAT. You have two ways to pay the licenses of the tracks or credits: with a Credit Card or by Bank Transfer. However, the Bank Transfer option is only available for the customers which registration in the site has as country: Portugal. We will only accept Bank Transfers, without any additional cost, from bank accounts sited in Portugal. Any Bank Transfer done from an account sited outside Portugal, has an additional cost of € 5.20 (five euros and twenty cents), that should be added to the Licenses Value to be paid. Without this additional payment we can not accept Bank Transfers from bank accounts outside Portugal. In the transfer reference you should use the Order Ref. Without this reference, the transfer identification could take a longer time, and, because of that, you order have to wait until become active. After the transfer, you should send to info@karaoketosing.com the copy of the transfer document, to help and speed the identification process. Your order will be kept suspended for 15 days, waiting for the Bank Transfer. If we don't recieve the transfer in this period, the order will be cancelled and you can not recover the track selection you made. As soon as the value is credit in our Bank Account, your order will be activated and you will recieve an email with the information that you can go to MY AREA and do the download of the tracks which licenses you bought in our website. The second way to pay is clicking on Buy Credits or Pay with Credit Card on Checkout or when you are buying credits, you are redirected to a HTTPS page of the Secure Payment System from JGC / UNICRE. This secure payment system via SSL certificate supports all payments by credit card or debit card of the sites belonging to JGC. The payment page will look like this image: All transactions are secured by UNICRE using the 3DSecure payment with VISA card and supports the cards listed at the bottom of the pages of this site. Payment by VISA, MASTERCARD and MAESTRO use the 3DSecure technology, which guarantees maximum safety in the use of the card. Data Privacy All customer data collected on this site are subject to our Privacy Policy, accessible from any page on this site at the bottom of the pages. Use of content All the karaoke content licenses purchased on this site are only for personal and private use. After acquiring the license, is prohibited in relation to content and licenses: - Upload to any other site - Resell and distribute in any kind of way - The rent, copy, alter, use on websites, whatever they are, using television and radio, in movies and commercials. - Using the content in live shows (unless karaoke), putting voice on the contents and burn CD's, DVD's or any other physical media. Any use other than indicated, is subject to authorization of JGC. The public exhibition in Portugal will be permitted provided that the public places where this happens have the licenses of the Authors Copyrights Management Societies and also of the Neighbouring Rights Societies. Ownership of content The payment of the license to use the downloaded content of this site, only gives the license purchaser the right to use the content it in a personal and private basis, without other limitations than those described under these Terms of Use. In any situation, ownership of the content is always of their publishers and trademarks referenced in each of them. Content download The content on this site is provided "as is", ie, will not be accepted any complaints about aspects of its creation: the key of music, lyrics, orchestration, sound quality, lenght, etc.. The site allows you to view and listen the demos of all content, which presupposes that the client, making the selection of what he want to purchase, is well aware of their choice. Copyrights All karaoke content, which can be downloaded at this site, is properly authenticated, and the payment of their Copyrights is contractually defined between JGC and SPA (Portuguese Authors Society). This site was created and is maintained in accordance with the authorization conditions agreed with the Portuguese Authors Society - SPA. Names of Artists The names of artists referenced on this site are intended to indicate that the version of the song in karaoke was based on the musical version of the artist indicated. Is the meaning of "In the style of". In any case the voice of the original artist is presented and there is no intent to deceive the client that this is the song's original artist. Legality Certificates This site, in the private área of each user, My Area, you can print/download a Certificate of Legality of the content licenses you acquired. These documents are reserved for the use by the customer that bought the license  content, and its transfer to third parties is prohibited. The supervisory authorities in Portugal, in this case the IGAC, has the means to access our database and check whether a certificate is valid and is in the name of the holder and user of the content licenses.
